INGREDIENTS
- Pork Loin – Trimmed
- Olive Oil – Garlic Infused
- Favorite Rub
- Injection / Spritz Fluid
- 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tbl of Rub
- 1 Tbl Worcestershire Sauce

Total Time – 2 1/2 Hours
PREPARATION
- Mix all Injection ingredients
- Inject every inch or so in a pattern to spread the juice throughout the loin.
- Apply rub liberally on all sides
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for a few hours to overnight
- Preheat Smoker to SMOKE Setting normally around 150-170 degrees.
- Place loin in smoker for 1 hour.
- Spritz every 30 minutes.
- Turn up the smoker to 250 degrees and cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- Rest for 20-30 minutes.
